On the occasion of the centenary celebration of Lee Gardens, Hysan Estates, together with the Bei Shan Tong Foundation and the Art Museum of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, organized the exhibition "Century of Beauty: 20th Century Chinese Furniture from the Lee Family Collection" from October 20 to November 20. The art and living space "Urban Sky" on the 9th floor of Hysan Place displays Chinese antique furniture collected by the Lee family, recreating the furnishings of the Chinese merchants' mansions in Hong Kong a hundred years ago to show the characteristics of Hong Kong's upper-class life and cultural exchanges between China and the West at that time. Some of the collections It was unveiled and exhibited publicly for the first time, which is very precious. The short animation screened at the same time also tells the story of Mr. Lee Hysan, the founder of the Lee family, and the "Big House". In addition, FORUM in the Eslite Bookstore on the same floor will display old collection photos from October 20 to November 10, showing the daily life of the Lee family at that time.
